Since October of 2003 I've been trying to get accepted on DSS. For one reason or another they keep saying I need to get in a drug program. And when I got in one, they told me I couldn't go to that one because DSS wouldn't pay for it. I started attending group at the RESTART program and DSS would not pay so I had to drop out and I probably have about $4000 in medical bills that I can't seem to get any help for. Now it would seem like something is terribly wrong, but who do you tell? Who cares? The story sounds good but who cares? Who's going to actually step forth and do something about it?
